My Very First BLOG!

Hello Everyone! I am so excited about my new website! I hope that you will find it fun and informative. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how I can improve it. I want to thank Dave and Myrna Bennett, of Colorado Springs, Co for taking Monty and me up in their beautiful airplane last week. It was the first time that I got to see the Island from a “bird’s eye view”. We flew 150 feet above the beach in Palmetto Dunes and got to fly by our home in Windmill Harbour! Fun!! We also had a nice (and cold) cocktail cruise on Friday with Steve and Kathy Odak, of Red Hook, NY. It was great to see them! Have fun with the website….I have to go show property now!

Well, Leslie and I just returned from Hilton Head Island after a short week of sun and fun. That tropical storm or sub-tropical storm - whatever - turned and ran to Florida when it saw HHI in it's apth and the weather was gorgeous. Water 73 degrees, hot sunny days and cool nights to sleep withthe windows wide open.

Red reans? I see you haven't practiced your typing since you got back! Hey everyone out there, see Chef Jimi and Leslie Patricola's listing at Tennismaster on our site. This is a great buy on a terrific villa! The Patricola's are from Pittsford, NY. They're ready to buy a home in Hilton Head Plantaion, so bring us an offer. P.S. Send me that recipe!
