Shirley is originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Elizabethtown College where she majored in Business Administration. Her 15 year career in real estate sales & marketing began at Bent Creek, one of Lancaster’s most prestigious Country Club communities. Her success here on Hilton Head has lead her to become one of the Island’s top producing agents and a Lifetime Member of the Hilton Head Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Awards Club.

Carrie Alberg
Carrie is originally from Buffalo, Minnesota, and after many years of making Hilton Head Island a vacation destination, she made the permanent move in 2000.
She is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Her prior background in professional customer service is a forte in the real estate profession. Carrie began working with Shirley as a real estate assistant in August of 2004. She is responsible for coordinating all aspects of sales, listings, marketing, and administrative business. She has received training and is a member of the Hilton Head Area Multiple Listing Service. She was a participant of the 2007 Multiple Listing Service Symposium, an annual two day event of further education classes where she received her certification as a sales & marketing real estate assistant.
Although she is responsible for all aspects of a real estate transaction, her area of expertise is in marketing. “It is crucial to stay current with industry trends and technology, then to apply your strategy in a bright and innovative way. I don’t have a master code to when it comes to marketing, more like guidelines. I like to be flexible and creative… I feel that all properties are unique so I use a marketing strategy that I feel best compliments that individual property”.
